Would that make sense? A multi person field would contain "Andy, Brian" and possibly "Brian, Andy". To you and I those are logical identical, but not in a software context.
I suppose the big decision to make would be which group to show the item in, and whether to show it in both groups. Software should be pretty good at identifying when sets of data contain the same items, no?
