Hi Jamie - I'll be as transparent with this as I can. We actually have a table of contents web part internally that we've built and have tested. Unfortunately, it's not meeting our standards for performance and reliability. We've paused development on this for the moment as we assess the cost to release at the standards we hold all page capabilities to. I can't share more than that, but we're deeply interested in the demand for this functionality.
