SharePoint sync'd libraries - In Windows Explorer some SharePoint columns are avaialble while others aren't. Why not?

We support only the supported columns within File Explorer. Because SharePoint supports custom columns on the web, we dont have the capability to show them in File Explorer.   What are the supported columns please? It seems random to me; my multi-select choice column "Subject" is available but not my single-select choice column "Category." See ticket and comment https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/b269737e-186f-ed11-a81b-000d3ae32cd0. Thanks.
