Accessibility - Forcing a person who needs an accessible version of a PDF to go through multiple steps to open their document in Adobe instead of using a viewer is not productive and can be very frustrating to the customer. I heard the explanation of how to do it but that is not nice. It would benefit all to be able to open a PDF in its native format right away.
