I encourage you to ensure that the OneDrive Sync application is configured correctly. If you want the Windows Common File Dialog to show OneDrive content you will need to ensure that OneDrive Sync is running. I'd look here for guidance: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/ideal-state-configuration

Thanks, but as far as I can tell this is not possible to manage for Surface Hub devices, at least if they're running in the default mode where you don't sign in to the device itself. Can you point me to where these settings can be changed? This is the documentation I'm looking at: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/surface-hub/local-management-surface-hub-settings
