Suyog, we frequently see people who are trying to move or copy files to a new SharePoint site or a lesser-used SharePoint site and they want the ability to: 1. Use a search bar to search for a site by keyword 2. An alphabetical list of sites they have access to Having to go back to the site to follow it and wait for it to appear in the list is a drag. The "Pin to Quick access" is super helpful and is how I teach them to do it when they don't see a site, but having to go back to the site they want in a different browser window to pin it causes frustrations. They don't want always to have the site pinned all the time when the move is done on a monthly or quarterly cadence.
