OneDrive: Can you advocate for a branding change to the OneDrive Sync app? I support a variety of clients and they have a very hard time wrapping their heads around OneDrive (which they don't really use, they use SharePoint) and the OneDrive app, that sometimes loses it's ability to sync, leaving them with no connection to their cloud storage. I hope in the rewrite of the tool you were able to find the cause of this. It seems to happen across a variety of machines running Windows. I don't seem to see the same issue on the Macs I support. I have reported it numerous times to the support line over the years.
