SharePoint Question: Is there a way to create a link to a PDF document so the PDF opens in a new window and opens all the way, not in preview? I've been asked to do this for fillable PDFs.

Just a suggestion: perhaps showing the PDF in a PnP Modern Search web part rather than in the library and tweak the link in the search web part to open in a new tab ?
