When opening SharePoint tenancy for internet users is there any way to clean all pre-existing external sharing links for whole SharePoint tenancy? or any check list to perform before opening SharePoint to public

Using SP for unauthenticated internet users isn't supported past SP 2013. MS started down the path of having SP as an internet site CMS, but then abandoned it.
