SPO Document Libraries are basically taking over from Network Drives. However there's no link users can follow to see all SPO sites they have access to. e.g. when a user clicks on SharePoint under office.com, the list of My Sites only shows Frequent and Followed, not ALL.

Have you checked out Delve? It allows me to search Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint online libraries.
