Thanks Emily! Hey everyone, my name is Troy Starr and I'm a Product Manager leading the SharePoint Server team at Microsoft. I've been with the SharePoint team for almost 20 years, having started working on Windows SharePoint Services 2.0 all the way up through SharePoint Server Subscription Edition. I often focus on IT admin features and our core infrastructure, originally as a member of the test team, then the developer team, and now the Product Manager team. I've personally worked on features like smigrate (how customers could upgrade/migrate their sites from SharePoint Team Services 1.0 to Windows SharePoint Services 2.0), Alternate Access Mappings, setup/deployment, disaster recovery, PowerShell, SSL certificate management, and more.
