I've created a taxonomy with some term sets/terms. I've added Managed Metadata to my SharePoint site and now I would like to make the documents searchable from the global search (SharePoint Online) as I'd like to encourage other SharePoint Owners to do the same. I'd like to create a new Vertical (under Search & Intelligence) to only show documents that are 'Published' (Term = Document Status), so we can differentiate between 'Draft' documents or 'Archived' documents.
I don't see the metadata I've created in the Vertical (Query options) or Filters. I've enabled the Term set for site navigation and faceted navigation.
I also don't see a way to just search globally on the 'metadata'. Is there a special syntax for this, so we search on just documents tagged with 'Pricing'? Either through a term or enterprise keywords?
Appreciate any assistance.

Hi Damon, We will do some investigation and get back to you later. Thanks Steve - Aria_ConsultingMay 11, 2022Brass ContributorIn your search schema, did you assign your term set to one of the refinable string variables?
