I could use advise of an expert :)
I've been looking for a way to use co-authoring for a password protected Excel workbook stored on Teams therefore SharePoint?
Excel file have to be available for co-authoring (editing at the same time) for few persons and at the same time have to be read-only for a larger group of users.
Does this feature exist already?

use a sharepoint libraries with the editing rights for few persons the rest will be visitors with read rights. the first user doesn't opens the file exclusive you can edit and view with multiple users. by the way the files are easily corrupted (locked) when users don't close the files after using it.
