- Greater engagement & reach – Scale your message to meet people where they work.
- Powerful workflow, automations and agents – Build automated subject matter experts and save your team time while managing and automating content workflows.
We also held a dedicated time during the event for live Q&A where you will get to interact with multiple product makers – bring your questions and feedback.

Can you share some information about how flexible sections will work? Can we opt into a preview of this feature?
- AnnieJohnsonCopper Contributor
Thank you! please share the private preview link that Melissa Torres mentioned with me.
- KripalKavi
Microsoft
The feature is in private preview right now. And should start rolling out more broadly over the next month or so. If your tenant is opted into TR (Targeted Release), you will get this sooner.

Curious | Have you created a SharePoint agent yet? If so, what was your use case? If not, how do you think agents will help within your SharePoint site(s)?

I created one for a document library with a bunch of pharmacy information. I tried it with the content owner and the responses received weren't accurate, so it was a no go for that type of technical, critical information.

We have created several but the limitation of not using the metadata of the documents has blocked us quite a lot....
- DebWalther-SkyterraBrass Contributor
You may need to use the dreaded folder (to identify the content in the agent) with a no folders view so that metadata can be used. A clunky option.
- DebWalther-SkyterraBrass Contributor
I tried it out at the document library level, folder level and file level. This is going to be a game changer for creating corporate FAQs...no need to develop the questions (the end user will do that) and the answer can be update by updating your associated documents (policies, instructions)

Can we get a working custom SharePoint site template solution? The current one does not work: it doesn't grab the pages, or any folders prebuilt. The solution I built via PowerShell did not show up in the menu of org templates. MSFT support could only show me how to create the classic site template (which created a classic site). We wound up using Power Automate the build the site.

Hi! Please guide on how Restricted Mode can be disbled, I haven't been able to connect with the call/video. Link isn't working
- Mark-KashmanGold Contributor
Our live stream is pushed through our "Microsoft Community Learning" YouTube channel. Do you know if your organization allows YouTube, or restricts it? That may be the reason. We are working on a solution post event to enable view through another mechanism for those that cannot view in YouTube.

Mark-Kashman would be great if an on-demand option could be shared post event so those of us who were unable to get in today can still have the opportunity to watch the content. Thanks!

Not so much an AI question, but Microsoft announced new UI templates that would allow us to build SharePoint sites that look more like WordPress - this was announced over a year ago. When will we see these new authoring capabilities/templates?
- KripalKavi
Microsoft
A lot of the authoring capabilities are rolling out as we speak - co-auth, flex layouts, carousel, etc. On templates - we're actively working on this right now and it should be coming soon to a tenant near you
