If you use SharePoint to create sites, publish news, manage workflows, collaborate with peers – or are simply curious about how agents can transform your intranet – this event is for you!
Skill up your SharePoint IQ with the latest on:
- Simpler authoring & more compelling content – Lower barriers to create professional-looking content and ensure you can harness the best of what the web has to offer for your intranet
- Greater engagement & reach – Scale your message to meet people where they work.
- Powerful workflow, automations and agents – Build automated subject matter experts and save your team time while managing and automating content workflows.
We also held a dedicated time during the event for live Q&A where you will get to interact with multiple product makers – bring your questions and feedback.

What type of Microsoft 365 copilot license will we need more than the E3?

I really don't like the idea of having to create a Google account just to be able to participate in chat during AMA events.

Can you use existing third-party web parts in Flexible sections or does that require code changes to be compatible?
- katelynhelms
Microsoft
Existing third-party web parts will work in flexible sections by default. Without code changes, these web parts can be resized to the sizes that are currently available in column-based sections. Some additional code changes will be required to support full resizing capabilities. We are working on documentation for this process that we will share when the feature is released.

SharePoint Agents in Teams chat where an answer approval is necessary, say you give approval, then a new user comes into the chat, do you have to reapprove??
Can you explain the various scenarios i.e. users in the chat when approval was given, users added after approval was given for the chat but where approval is not given etc., etc.

A dilemma with SP has always been the teams that want to have private pages for their content, but to also have a front page for other teams to use / understand what the team is about. Typically - the private and public content is managed by the same people. Will the new design features help with this?
Could you comment on the status of the new Document Library overhaul that was announced at the OneDrive event late last year? It looks so promising :)

Question - are you able to lock down Brand Centre to meet Brand guidelines - ie, not allow users to steer to far away from some key templates and designs. (sometimes, it's too difficult to support users that have too much 'enthusiasm' for their sites).

Flexible sections are currently in private preview. We will start rolling out to targeted release within the next couple weeks, and flexible sections will be widely available this quarter.
