Also please don't remove the "Task outcome" column from SharePoint. It is so nice for use with Power Automate flows to show info without letting the user affect it.
Could you give a clarification on how or whether Copilot uses, or doesn't use both local library coloumns, managed metadata coloumns and finally also list items? Does Copilot look at list items?

Microsoft
Not yet, Tom - but it is something we are actively working to address (both file metadata and SharePoint list data)!

Can autofill digest video content for output to text or video or image snippets?
- ssquires
Microsoft
No, it doesn't, Danea. Autofill currently works on primary file formats (the list of supported file types autofill supports is available here: Overview of autofill columns Microsoft Syntex - Microsoft Syntex | Microsoft Learn).
It's an interesting ask! Is your need to capture this info to library columns for subsequent search or a specific business automation? Thanks for the feedback.

How do you recommend creating good governance around using SharePoint Agents?

Will it be possible to restrict the creation of agents with Copilot in SharePoint? Currently, anyone can create them, and an administrator can only limit sharing/publishing. Will there be an option to restrict creation without disassociating the Copilot for 365 license from users, which might be essential for using Copilot BizChat or other 'enterprise' agents? 🙂

Can you please share more details on what admin settings are available for managing the Agents, usage reports, agents created, etc? Is there an option available to disable access to create agents across the tenant?

Why can't we connect our personal Tech Community account to a work/corporate M365 account? We can do this with Microsoft Learn...we should be able to do this as well for Tech Community instead of having to create separate Tech Community profiles for personal and work.
I use my work M365 account with Tech Community. There are options in M365 admin center to block access to tech community, so you may need to talk to your IT people.
