It is very interesting questions. And that's reason to conduct events! Questions 3, I have commented on that, there is API and due to advance of AI, I think it could be possible for Cloud based.... so, all these workful of Syntex within security policy must be placed not separately. And you will hear a lot more from the presenters the experts on the fields.

Hi Mo and tutlammctechisoftware! Thank you for the great questions, I've sent to our content assembly folks to chime in, but I'll share a couple of thoughts here too: Q1 - great feature ask, we are looking at ways to create libraries of templates (and images and clauses and so forth for use with templates) and we'll consider this! Q2 - likewise, great feature ask, we'll have to look at adding this to the Power Automate capabilities. We are absolutely adding conditional capabilities to generate various clauses, but not sure it'd be exactly what you need here. I guess you could just define the template with both languages and then reuse the values...I suspect our content assembly folks will have some ideas for you on this one! Q3 - we are planning to add APIs, beyond Power Automate (which surely is not an API, I get that!), in the upcoming ~6 months or so, stay tuned! Q4 - to be direct, our *current intention* here is that an end user license of Syntex allows the user to manually create documents using content assembly, any bulk generation capabilities, at this point in time, will be in a pay as you go/consumption model.

    Thank you, Mo, and tutlammctechisoftware! Great set of questions there!
    I will do a big "+1" to all of what Ian talked about. We are brainstorming around how we can allow easy management of templates and content/clauses in general from a centralized place. We are also looking on providing API support going forward to programmatically create and manage templates and generate documents.

    On Q2. There is a suggestion we would want to provide on top of what Ian already mentioned. Is it possible where you create one list that contains two columns, say, Name and Name_Dutch capturing name values in English and Dutch languages respectively, and now, while you link list columns in the fields of the template, you associate Name to the section of the document that is written in English and Name_Dutch to the section of the same document written in Dutch. Thereafter, when you create documents from the template, the values are filled accordingly in the desired sections. What do you think of this flow? I am not sure of the exact business flow, but we will be happy to chat separately to know more and see if we can help solve this use case that you mention!

      Thanks Ian & Shreya for the responses. On Q2 Shreya having this approach may complicate the List columns as there could be many languages in scope, and each language will be managed by a different person/team who may not want to allow access to update to other users (of a different language), would it be possible to consider more than one list per template? so set up a List1_english and a List1_dutch list each managed by required users? and then the template can be populated from either or more (as there may also be a List_french version too)? This approach of building out the template from multiple lists will also be helpful for other use cases where data could be distributed across lists. It will be good to chat and properly explain the real-world challenges we see in the questions I have listed above and if we are to replace (how it was done previously with use of Word & SP) with Syntex when it comes to Outbound document creation/generation, need to ensure we can do so? How can we have a chat?

        Thanks Mo for detailing the flow out there. It is really helpful! To answer your query, we do allow association of multiple lists with one modern template. You can try it and let us know if you face any difficulty. To understand a little more of your use case, post template creation, are you looking to generate document manually or are you planning to integrate with Power Automate flow?
