Syntex annotations has a couple limitations I was wondering about. First, it seems to only work on PDFs and perhaps png, jpg, etc. Any plans to extend to Office documents to annotate without changing the record status? Second, you can use pen and ink but doesn't seem you can use text from a keyboard or do "redaction". Any plans for those features in the future?

Great suggestion from Steve below, just note that is custom and not supported by Microsoft (so you can't call support and say "Hey, I'm using this Power Automate annotations thing Steve Pucelik posted in the forums and something isn't working..." 🙂
