I see that the service description for SharePoint Syntex lists it as available in the Government Cloud. However, I also saw somewhere that it is not yet available for PayGo in GCC. Is Syntex still available to new GCC customers and will it be PayGo or per user licensing for new customers?

Syntex is available to GCC customers using the Per User Per Month license. Eventually it will go to PAYG but no dates to announce.
