In the previous demo, adding hours for an assignment outside of original dates seemed to remove hours from the assignment above. Is that the expected and desired behaviour?

    Hi Martin, Are you referring to reducing the hours from 200 to 120 for the resource "anirudh" in the demo video .... and summary efforts are reducing from 600 to 520 ? yes, this is expected. if not this, can you elaborate what u mean by this?

    I don't recall the point in the video (I'll have to watch it again) when the hours were removed from another assignment. Let me see what I can find.

      The project timeline of pervious task is shifted due coz task #1 is started after task #3 is completed. Hence changing timelines of #2/#3 impacts task #1 by default. If there is any dependency on a edited task, all the related task's timeline will be updated.
