- will you guys talk about new planner integrations with powerapps usch as interacting with planner features/reporting planner tasks in power bi?
- Will Portfolio be integrated into Planner or will it be a standalone web based app?
- Is there an improved way to feed planner detail data for PowerBI reporting?
- Also to leverage this data to drive or be included in other Power App functionality without a manual Excel download and upload.
- Will the Portfolio only take into account the tasks assigned to a user from a plan, or will it also show that they're busy/unavailable if working on tasks not in a plan?
- I would be interested if you can create a standard list of tasks that can be added for different buckets or different plans rather than typing out each task individually each time
- thats doable now via Power Automate now by having a trigger create a set of standard tasks. we do it all the time
- thanks we do use power automate when converting a form into planner tasks but some of our team would like to have a standard checklist they can add to multiple buckets within a plan without using a power automate function if that makes sense!
- Thanks for all the information provided today. Will there be an integration between outlook and tasks/plans? It would be a great help to be able to 1) Create a task from an email and keep the email as an attachment. 2) Add an email to an existing task/plan

- Is there a planned feature to be able to change the group the plan / premium plan is shared to?
- While the Teams notifications are ok, they clutter my notifications. I want to be able to limit my notifications to just Planner. I hope that's in the roadmap....
- Will there be a relationship between Tasks/Planner & Outlook? I use Outlook to create new tasks on the fly, and would be nice if I could assign to one of my plans right from Outlook.
- It's nuts that I can't push an email into a basic planner as a new task...
- I second this! This would be a huge boost in user adoption and team member accountability. Many users live & file by Outlook.
- Repeating this from below since it hasn't been addressed: Is there any special pricing for Planner Plan 1 for nonprofits? The addition of a $10/month per user upcharge for some of the basic new features is steep for a small nonprofit like the one I am supporting.
