- It looks like a lot of the new Planner features are combining existing functionality from Project and Roadmap. What is going to happen to Project and Roadmap? Will they still exist or go away?
- I would also like to know when Portfolio and whiteboard will be available. We are still on Microsoft Project and can't fully make the transition without having some key features in the new Planner. Would love to know what the timing is.
- And as a follow-up question - will the ability to manage the portfolios be role based as far as the administration or ability to add to a portfolio? And how will PowerBI be able to integrate with this for visibility to the stakeholders.
- When will add Freeze Columns and Split Pane to Planner Grid view ?
- I purchased Planner 1, and can see the new functionalities when I go to make a new plan in Teams (though not online for some reason). However, my old plans don't have any of the new functionalities. Is there any way to transfer those to Planner 1 functionalities, or do I manually have to recreate all of them?
When we can expect web version(outside of teams) of New Planner ? Can we access New Planner with Plan URL?
- Can we please have the ability to set reminders on tasks/plans with upcoming due dates?
- Yes we use end date as a check-in date to serve as daily reminder when we need to check in. Would be ideal to to have a check-in date/tasks field.
- How will the "Project' Model-driven app work with the new planner / planner premium (project for the web). Including other non-default environments?
- Are you working on improving plan exports to external users? There is no good way currently to capture a plan as a pdf. Is sharing to external users outside of your intended use cases?
- Has the "send email to everyone when a comment has been added" been updated?
- I second that question. I currently don't get emails of comments unless I make a comment on the task first.
