If I created a plan using Plan 1, can non Plan 1 users contribute to the tasks (update their tasks)?
- Yes, users who have a Microsoft 365 licence but do not have a premium license can still be added to premium plans, and they will be able to edit with the same set of capabilities that they have access to in basic plans.

Hello Sebastien, Thanks for question. If the user is the member of the plan 1 then the user should be able to make updates to the tasks.- NancyatMSFT
To follow up on Rishi's comment - non-Planner Plan 1 can also make updates to tasks, but would need a premium license to view or access or premium functionality.
