i have a power automate workflow set up so that when i send an email to our automation workflow email account it creates a task from it - i include info such as Assign To, Due Date ; Label ; Bucket ; Priority etc and it crease the task in the plan and assigns it to the right person.

Hello Bin, Today, we support flagged emails in Planner. If you need to follow up on a task from email, simply flag the email in Outlook, and it will show up in the Flagged Email section under My Tasks in the new Planner. Please let us know if you are looking for any specific functionality.

There are a couple of ways to do that, you can create a ToDo from Outlook (todo's will show up in Planner tasks), you can create a Power Automate flow (there are examples).
