As the group owner, you can open the plan in Planner and re-add the user as a member via Share capability. This can also be done via groups page.

Hi Biatrice, I tried to do it from the site https://project.microsoft.com but I can't re-add users that were previously removed with the X next to their name from the top right (Group Members), even though they still exist in the original group. When I search for his name, I get other names but not the one I want to recover. From what URL can I do it? (Considering that the only way I have to enter the company is through the browser). Thanks.

    Biatrice, I was able to add participants from the Share capability on the SharePoint site, then they were refreshed on the New Planner. Thanks.
