Is the rollout user based or device/MAC? I have it on my personal device through work account but not on work device yet.

Hi Beth - is your work device a laptop/desktop or mobile device? Rollout should occur by tenant not device/MAC. Our mobile apps have not yet been converted to the new Planner.
