Is there going to be a way to view the total tasks assigned to a person across multiple projects? Will tasks assigned in project for the web flow over to Planner?
- For yourself you'd see these in My Tasks, but it sounds like you want to see other resources tasks? Keen to hear more on the scenario. Project for the web tasks from the default environment will flow into My Tasks too, in new Planner. Other environments coming later. (and even the default is still rolling out, so you might not see them yet).
- Hi Brian, exactly. I'm a project manager, so I create all the timelines in MS Project. I run multiple projects at the same time that utilize the same resources. I was thinking it could be an amazing tool if each resource could view all project tasks assigned to them in one central location, rather than clicking into each individual project. One of the pain points is constantly reminding people when things are upcoming or due.

- As a PM and manager, not being able to see all the tasks assigned to my team members, at least for plans and projects that I have access to, is a significant drawback of Planner.
