Thanks for the question and it would be great to learn more details about your use case. With the new Planner in Teams, you can create personal plans that are just available to you. When you want to share those plans with others, you can do so easily by adding other members to share the plan with or add existing Microsoft 365 groups and share.

You can share Afolake, but then they are no longer personal plans. What is the scenario you are looking for?
