Can I use the new Planner without Teams? Given the changes to Teams license some organizations might want to use Planner without Teams.

As of April 2024, new Planner is only available in Teams. Per AMA response, the Microsoft development teams is looking pushing out the new Planner into the Planner standalone app. Additionally, you can launch the Planner App via teams into it's own window by right-clicking on the Planner app icon in Teams and selecting "Open in new window"
