Hi! I'm currently using Microsoft Lists as my personal todo list at work. I'm planning to move to new Planner, but I'm missing few features. Are these on the roadmap?
- Paste inline pictures to notes area. My use case is to paste screenshots. If not, what about inserting files from local drive? Now attachments in personal plans are need to be pasted as URL links and that's too slow.
- Rearranging, deleting and creating new labels?
- When creating new task there are only few fields available to fill. Most cases I need to input more informating such as labels, priority etc. and to do that I need three additional clicks to reopen the task in full view. It would be super handy if the task opens in full view in the first place when clicking "Add task".
Thanks in advance! 😊

Great idea for creating a new task! Is there any more you could share on how and why this would enhance your experience?
- joukerApr 22, 2024Copper ContributorHello David! Thank you for the reply. I think I forgot to underline that this relates to Kanban view. Few extra mouse clicks doesn't sound bad, but I think the user exprerience breaks the good flow when you start to create a new task but then you need to accept it first with insufficient information. After that you need to reopen the task to fill in more details to that task. Not fluent user exprerience in my mind. And I think this doesn't require so much to develop further.
