If I create a plan with a Premium license, can I assign tasks to users who do not have premium licenses? Assuming that the answer to that question is yes, can those users who do not have premium licenses, interact with the task on their own: add comments, mark the task as complete, etc.? I'm trying to better understand if/ how users with different licenses can collaborate.

Hi Conner! Great question - yes, users who don't have premium licenses can be assigned tasks and use the same functionality in premium plans as they have available in basic plans. This includes the ability to add comments and mark the task complete - feel free to see our service description for more info: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office365/servicedescriptions/project-online-service-description/project-web-service-description. Thanks!
