I'm interested how someone can design a Planner tool with comments in an Exchange mailbox? If someone deletes the mails, all comments are gone, finished.
After all these years, I still don't understand how someone can design such a solution in a developer perspective.

I'm also interested if someone from the top management really use Planner in a real-world scenario? Important, not their assistants on behalf of them!

If so, they should see all these unusable features like commenting, missing email notifications, missing mentions, bad user management, and more. The top management should just read the Planner feedback forum, then they know the top missing features. None of them are fixed with "the new Planner". And no, Copilot is not on the list of missing features.
