Apologies if this is already asked, but it seems like the change is really just:
Basic Plan = Legacy Microsoft Planner
Premium Plan = Project for the Web renamed
I don't see any features combined in them, for example, a Premium plan doesn't support recurring tasks, but a Basic plan does. So it's just a rebrand/name change and Teams app?
