- Is there a way in the IOS App when saving files to change the name of the file as I cannot save files into the directory they need to go into because they have to be renamed first

Hi Norman, you can change the file names in the "Files" section of the OneDrive iOS app (select the three dots next to the file name and "Rename"). Let me know if that helps or if I'm not grasping the scenario you're asking about.

Please allow enforcing expiration of all sharing in OneDrive, not only link sharing. We want even files shared to specific users to expire or renew after certain number of days.
- StephenRiceReally appreciate the suggestion here John! We just shipped end-user set expiration for specific people and people in my company links, and want to do more here in the future as well.
- Thank you. Yes we would like to administratively set a maximum age for all sharing in OneDrive while allowing renewals. Currently this is only possible with "Anyone" links.

Will this feature be available within the File Explorer in Windows (When viewing documents in the OneDrive folder)?
With the move to SharePoint Online, our company is having us enable OneDrive bc users are so used to using SharePoint on-prem via File Explorer. It's very limited with File Explorer.

- hello! here are our two questions: 1. We had Copilot in OneDrive for a while in July, then it disappeared and did not come back. When can we expect it to return? (Note: everyone in our organization has an M365 Copilot license) 2. Can you provide any insight on governance / best practices for Copilot in OneDrive functionality, "Create a folder from search results, make that folder shareable"? We are concerned about how easily someone might overshare files using this awesome functionality, and how best to prevent unintentional oversharing.
- LincolnDeMaris1. Copilot in OneDrive is rolling out now - it should be live in all environments sometime this month or next. I am sorry to be vague - as we roll out new capabilities like this, we go slowly to ensure the health and stability of the service is maintained. 2. Guidance on sharing does not change with these new capabilities. Copilot will never share files on your behalf. Copilot just helps you work smarter and faster with the files you already have access to. I'd love to hear more about your concerns.
- StephenRiceHi Jade, oversharing is absolutely top of mind for us (in general, and for Copilot). Copilot can only find files that users already have access to (e.g. just creating a "people in my company" link doesn't expose it to people in Copilot unless they possess the link). Are there particular concerns beyond that that I can help with?

We are concerned about the scenario when: - Jose conducts a search in OneDrive - Jose selects a group of files in the search results in OneDrive - Jose shares that set of search results with three people - 1+ of those people, by the action of receiving the search results share, is now granted access to files that would not previously have had access to - Any of those 1+ people can at any time further reshare those files to which they now have access
- Can you please confirm that OneDrive Admin Sync Reports can be scheduled automatically to be sent via email? (Example: Send to email every 30 days)

Thanks for the question! We don't currently have a way to send the reports by email. If we had this type of email, which part of the reports would you include?
- All of the data - basically a table of all devices, their sync health, last sync date and any related errors. Is there a Graph API for the sync report? Or any API at all for the sync report?
