I realize that we can run a sharing report for each onedrive account but as an admin, we often need to do this in bulk. Not only does this include anyone links but specific people. Example: we had a breakup with a strategic partner and people often shared files with users at the partner company. We want to break all of those links. The audit log is not good enough because some of the sharing links happened more than a year ago. What is the best way to get a sharing report either tenant wide or with a subset of users?

Aug 21, 2024I recommend checking out the permissions datasets in Microsoft Graph Data Connect. It'll get you the full list of permission across your environment and let you process/filter as needed. Jose Barreto has an awesome blog on how to do this!
- DavidWandererAug 21, 2024Iron ContributorThank you. Any chance you have that link? It doesn't seem like a "one off" request to me but I could be wrong. It would be great to have something easier that could help with incidents and governance request from users. But if the data is exposed and the MG Data Connect is the only way, I'll look into it. Thank you.

Yes, it's this blog: https://barreto.home.blog/ Definitely hear the feedback for more here and this is something we're definitely looking at!- DavidWandererAug 21, 2024Iron ContributorI heard your response on the call but not everything users share can handle sensitivity labels. We can't rely on this alone unfortunately. I look forward to what might be coming.
