I have CoPilot in my OneDrive, but when I click for a summary, it looks like it's preparing one, and then...nothing. The window closes and there is no summary provided. What gives? I tried this with lots of different files, to no avail.

Aug 21, 2024Sorry to hear that's happening. Does that happen just for summarize, or do the other Copilot actions do that as well? I'll follow up with the team.
- Joseph_MoranAug 21, 2024Copper ContributorYes, same symptom when I choose create an FAQ. However, if I ask a question, and then choose the Summarize option, it works. So it seems to work in the "Ask" side panel, but not the canned right-click way.

Incidentally, I am accessing OD via Teams. Not sure if that matters. If I go into OD on the Web, I don't get the CoPilot option.

I am sorry you're having these issues, Joseph. Are you able to submit feedback via Copilot in OneDrive Web? Also, would it be possible for you to try refreshing the web page once and check whether you see Copilot in your OneDrive again?
