Q - I have been working with a few folks who are about to retire and are trying to get their data out of their work-provided OneDrive to another place like Personal OneDrive, external drive, etc. I have heard the legacy mover service can help but I haven't found it to work. Any tips or tricks? I have a support ticket open for this at the moment.

    Interesting! We also use Duo as John Entrup mentions. Even though I was asking about retirees, this is a huge thing for us every May when students graduate.

    Same experience with Mover and Microsoft support has confirmed it does not allow using DUO MFA so it does not work for our users. Also looking for options for transfer of OneDrive for business to personal OneDrive.
