- Juan GonzalezIron ContributorWill you support interactive email notifications on desktop Outlook for Mac and Windows? Currently, you need to access Outlook on the web to get that level of full interactivity, especially when posting videos or link to videos.
- Fully interactive alerts from Yammer are working in Outlook for Mac and Windows today. The only thing I'm seeing different in Outlook web is the Communities / Viva Engage app.

Yes, we run interactive emails in Outlook desktop, mobile, Mac, and on the Web. There are some slight differences between the platforms, owing to the different underlying frameworks that support the desktop/mobile/Mac version of Outlook versus Outlook on the Web. Our goal over time is to have fewer of these inconsistencies so that everyone gets the same experience regardless of which version of Outlook they use.

Hi Juan, Yes, the feature parity between different Outlook platforms is an area we're explicitly working on right now. Our vision is for all Outlook users in Windows and Mac to have the same experience between desktop, Outlook on the Web, and mobile. In terms of videos and links, we're especially looking at how we can embed the content in emails viewed in Outlook desktop to match the app and OWA today. I don't have timelines for that work yet, but we know it's an issue and we want to fix it as users include more rich media in their posts. There are also updates coming to various versions of Outlook that will help solve some of these problems as well, so please stay tuned as we address from both the Viva Engage and Outlook sides. This is a great question, Nathalie. The PWA app for Yammer would be rebranded as well. We are currently validating if that would be done automatically or if there is a need for users to make the change. As soon as we have an answer to that one we'll post an update. We'll try our best to have this change done automatically so there's no effort needed from the users.

There are two options for the feed on the home page. The default experience is the relevance based algorithmic feed which is sorted by relevance of the posts. There's also an option to view the "all" feed on the homepage which is a feed of all conversations happening in your network, sorted by the most recent post (initial message or reply). Can you tell me more about your desire to see most recent conversations? Is this similar to what the ALL feed provides or do you want to see a smaller set of conversations related to your subscriptions (community memberships, follows, etc.) sorted chronologically?- Samantha_AllenBrass ContributorI can see the All conversations view of the feed but it's not chronological so you can't see most recent conversations of the communities you are a member of. is there another way to see that without having to go into each community individually?

You can use any AD group management tool, since communities are groups. Azure Group Management portal, for example, can export members. So can PowerShell. - Karen EbdonBrass ContributorIn Classic Yammer, as a Yammer Admin, we could help with adding Admins/Leaders, and renaming Communities etc. When Modern Yammer was implemented, many of the Yammer Admin rights were removed, and only a Platform Admin can now manage these types of tasks. With the rebranding to Viva Engage and future enhancements, are there any plans to open back up Yammer Admin rights, so we can help our technical team out with these easier tasks, so they can focus on more technical platform Admin tasks?
