Quite a few people, approximately thirty eight thousand (https://feedbackportal.microsoft.com/feedback/idea/0651d149-eb27-ed11-9db1-000d3a4d92e4), would like to be able to move/migrate a channel from one team to another - that includes everything that falls under the channel, not just the files. This was originally requested back in ~2016 on the old UserVoice feedback portal (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-teams/move-teams-channels/m-p/2212551) and whilst the MS Team has expressed great enthusiasm for it, it's always been put off for another day. Is there a genuine intention to get this done at any point in the near future or is the underlying architecture standing in the way of this? i.e. why has nothing progressed on this front since 2016?
