The New Teams when set us as Default from Teams Admin Centre, it is still allowing users to go back to the classic teams with the toggle button.

    This is expected behavior. See the chart on this Microsoft Learn page. "**New Teams as default
    Rollout for the feature began in early August, 2023: Use this value to make new Teams as the default version. Users can switch back to classic Teams using the toggle."
