Yes, I'm currently using the MTMA in the New Teams (toggle is on) and have multiple accounts connected in multiple tenants and have configured my notification settings in Windows. The only thing I'm seeing is the notifications in the top right telling me that I have 99+ messages /chats/ in the other tenant, should there be more than this?
- Make sure you enable Notification in WIndows for the Teams Preview if it's not. You should get these notifications in windows where you can click them and they will open up the "Thread / Chat" from the other tenants in a pop up window so you don't have to switch tenant etc.
- Thanks Chris, yup it is enabled. I checked it as part of Sam's reply. Both teams and Teams Preview notifications are enabled.
- I've opened a case because I think our requirements are broader than MTMA, Teams Connect and cross-tenant sync (preview). Someone has to have done this before. The average user is not able to distinguish between a guest account, external account and an account native to the primary tenant, they just get confused. Likely this confusion will continue even if users are signed into multiple accounts.
