The only status that should block calls is Do Not Disturb. I do think that's a good idea with presence thou to know you left that particular Teams meeting early to change that status.

Presence does not currently notice that a Teams meeting ended.

    Right? I said it was a good idea :P. I was just also saying that Busy status should not block your calls, only if you set Do Not Disturb. Otherwise look into Busy on Busy settings / policies might be set to not get calls there.
