In teams 2.0 - PLEASE mimic Annotate like Zoom, or have it where you can choose the default setting so people can just click annotate and draw or circle, no permissions of the host needed. In any IT support setting or conversation, telling someone to click on something when they are sharing a screen is SO much easier if you can circle it quickly. Explaining to them first how to find and give permissions to Annotate on their shared screen is a nightmare! It would be exceptional to see this change in Teams Video 2.0. This is a request from my full Global IT support team as well as our PD teams. :0)

Hi Nicole, thanks for the feedback. Some of what you're asking for can be done using the Microsoft Teams content camera feature, the Teams whiteboard feature, or, if you're collaborating on PDFs, with Adobe Acrobat for Microsoft Teams
