Are there any plans to allow for user-defined groups/collapsable regions?
For example, currently, I can have 15 users in my "Pinned" list, but no more than that.
But sometimes, I context switch and need different groups of people depending on the work that I'm doing. I.e. when working on development projects, I'd like a collapsible group of the developers & QA staff. When working on executive functions, I might want the company president, and VPs, when working on IT Tasks, I might want members of the IT Team group together.
In the current experience, if they aren't one of my top 15 I have to keep searching form them to initiate conversations.

To be clear, I'd like to be able to collapse both "Pinned" and "Recent" and be able to expand groups that I've created where the same person can belong to more than one group.

> Executives
> R&D
> IT
> Operations
Etc.
