Loop is basically an app integration which is still being worked into 2.0. So it's not gone, just not added to 2.0 just yet. I believe it works in chat's currently, but the other support will come.

I tried using loop yesterday in a 1:1 chat and it wasn't available as part of my chat options. So I flipped back to Teams 1.0 to create the loop. Then switched back to 2.0 and it just shows as a link in the chat thread.

    #ProTip - Keep Classic Teams open in a browser window if you find yourself switching frequently. That's what I do!
