Video/voice performance:

Are there plans to reduce latency during calls? What are the tips to optimize this?
Are there plans to improve video and/or audio performance? I'm thinking mostly for video - 60fps, 1080p, and even 4K options?
Does (or will) Teams make use of AI hardware in CPUs to improve video and/or audio performance? So that when picking CPUs, we shouldn't only focus only on core count, frequency, IPC, cache, and those other "traditional" factors?
