When a user is part of a call queue, there is an option "Choose whether or not to receive calls for the following queues." The only options are Opt-In or Opt-Out. It would be great if the user had additional options, i.e. "Opt-In, Notification Only (no-ring)" or something like this.
Hi John, we don't have this option currently, although you might try temporarily turning off your ring tone for incoming calls in Settings | Notifications. If that's not what you're trying to do, then you can suggest it at the Teams Feedback Portal under the Category "Calling". Thanks!
