I haven't messed with them yet, but is it possible to configure Common Area phones with a SIP backup incase Teams goes down?

Hi there Jeff! Just need a bit more clarity here, are you asking specifically about phone dual registration?

    Yes, or some other backup plan. I believe there's a backup solution in direct routing (which is what we use), but our SBC currently runs on Linux and believe the feature is only available on WIndows based SBCs, which really doesn't work for us.

      Thanks Jeff - This appears to be a Survivable Branch Resiliency request which is not a supported scenario at this time. We understand this is a priority but do not have additional details at this time.
