Hi LakGautam - can you provide more clarity upon what you mean by local voice routing set?

Well I am setting up Operator Connect in my test account where I have also Direct Routing employed too at a different location. After setting up, when test user is calling, the caller id shows the earlier Direct Routing setup. I have a seperate Dial Plan as well as Voice Routing policy setup for Direct Routing and the test user is not using them.
