"Hope to see it soon" has been the answer from Microsoft for over a year and a half. This isn't an acceptable answer considering the needs of your diverse set of users and the fact that most of your competitor apps have had this feature for quite a while.
Since this session is on Teams Phones, we don't have an answer to this question right now, but we do take this question seriously, and we're working on getting an answer posted.
